By using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1.0 General usage of this website

1.1 The information on this site was accurate at the time it was published. While every effort is made to keep that information up to date, errors do occur, and we are not liable for them.

1.2 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Any savings stated are based on our recommended retail prices.

1.3 Colour samples should only be used as an indication of the original colour, as screen calibration (brightness, contrast) differs significantly between devices.

1.4 Sydney Furniture Factory holds all information, logos, pictures, and designs, that are protected by Copyright. Unless Sydney Furniture Factory gives specific permission, content may not be reproduced, published, or modified.

1.5 Dimensions are for reference only. As the furniture is handmade, the dimensions may vary slightly. Always leave extra space around the furnishings.

1.6 Any accessories seen in the pictures are not included unless otherwise specified.

2.0 Ordering

2.1 Before pick-up or delivery, all goods must be paid in full.

2.2 Upon making an online order, you will receive an email with an order number and a summary of your order. Within 24 hours, a member of our team will handle your order and confirm the details.

2.3 The lead times given are our best estimates based on the average time it takes to complete previous orders. The raw material shortage might cause unexpected delays on occasion. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any such delay as early as we become aware of it.

2.4 Online payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or Electronic Bank Transfer (Internet Banking) are accepted. Any outstanding balances must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or Electronic Bank Transfer before delivery.

Note: Before the order is picked up or delivered, all transfers must be cleared.

2.5 Orders that are ready for pickup or delivery will be stored for free for up to 14 days after we contact you, after which storage fees of $10 per seat per week will apply. The storage fees will be debited from the deposit. We reserve the right to resell your order if the deposit approaches $0 or negative.

2.6 You have double-checked that the product meets your needs, as we do not accept returns.

2.7 Availability or In Stock indicates that we currently have that product in stock in our warehouse. The stock is distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. Physical stock may differ from what is accessible online, and in the case that no physical stock is available, Best Price Furniture Outlet may refund your entire deposit.

3.0 Delivery

3.1 If the delivery location is upstairs and there is no access to a lift, the delivery driver may refuse to carry the goods up, and the customer will be expected to organize this or pay an additional charge.

3.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient access and space are available to complete the delivery. This includes making sure your doorways are large enough for the product to fit in, that the item can fit upstairs or in a lift (if required), and that nothing is blocking the delivery’s path in hallways, stairwells, or driveways.

3.3 Someone must be present at home when your purchase is delivered on the scheduled date of delivery. There is no way to guarantee a specific delivery time. We will provide you with a four-hour time frame, but it can be guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delays. If no one is available to take the goods on the scheduled delivery day, or if the delivery is cancelled on the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for non-delivery as well as a re-delivery fee.

3.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide adequate access for the lounge to be delivered.

3.6 You are responsible for any packing and wrapping materials, which will be left on the premises (delivery address).

3.7 We make no additional statements regarding the Carrier beyond those in this contract, and we are not responsible for the Carrier’s delivery. Any property damage must be reported to the Carrier’s delivery driver, as our company is not responsible for any damage caused by the Carrier.

3.8 Delivery timings can be after business hours as well from 6 A.M till 10 P.M (approx.). The prices quoted are for standard ground floor (EASY ACCESS) deliveries. Standard delivery includes the product being delivered through the home’s main front entrance on the ground floor (EASY ACCESS).

3.9 When accepting, signing, and paying for unpaid orders, someone must be present to accept, sign, and pay for the order.

If you do not receive your order within the time limit you specified, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. The re-delivery fee will be calculated based on the suburb and will be advised prior to the re-delivery. A written confirmation is required to proceed with the re-delivery.

4.0 Product Variation 

A new product may feel stiffer or firmer than normal, and back cushions may be fuller than usual, all because it is brand new. The natural break-in period for cushions and supports is necessary. This time frame will vary depending on how much the product is being used.

5.0 Cancellation, Refunds, and Product Returns

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders that are ready for delivery or that are currently in production will result in the loss of the deposit paid (normally 30-50 %).

Change of Mind / Returns

Returns will be accepted only within 7 days of despatch at our discretion, and the product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. With the return, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus any associated shipping costs.

Non-stock goods, special orders, made-to-order items, mattress and base combinations, and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Refunds

If the above criteria are met, a refund or store credit will be provided. All refunds must be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. Refunds can take up to 7 days to complete.

6.0 Clearance, Ex-Display, End of Line, Limited Editions, Special Offers

6.1 Any offer is only valid while stocks last.

6.2 Any offer is not available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer unless otherwise stated.

6.3 No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds on Clearance, Ex-Display, End of Line, Limited Editions or Special Offer items unless required by law.

6.4 By placing an order you have checked that the product and its condition, if not brand new, are suitable for your needs as we don’t offer a refund or exchange in case you just simply changed your mind.

6.5 Please be aware that if an item is sold off the floor or is discounted more than 30%, it is sold “as is”. Please check all goods carefully to ensure you are happy with the state they are in, if not brand new, at purchase time. All ex-display or discounted stock is sold without any warranty.

7.0 T&C’s for 30 Days Price Guarantee

7.1.1 The item should be identical (brand, colour, material, size etc).

7.1.2 PBG starts from the date of purchase.

7.1.3 The matching store should have a physical store here in Australia, and the stock must be ready for pickup immediately.
